shipped via a reliable source.

The majority of orders should
arrive within 5-7 working days from shipment date. When your order is shipped,
a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can request
a tracking number to keep track of your order. You can also email us check the
status of your order anytime.
Return Policy:
We want all of our customers to
be happy with every purchase they make from us. Consequently, if you are not
satisfied, we shall work with you until you are. Should you need to return an
item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine
if any special conditions apply.

Since all our dresses are
custom made, all sales will be final sales, with no returns and no exchanges.

It is important that you provide us
the correct measurements and color. No refunds will be entertained if you provide us wrong measurements.

All returns should be made
acknowledged to us within 5 days of receiving your order, after which, we will
not be liable to return any item. No refunds will be issued on items damaged
due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control.

In case of a refund, we shall be
deducting 50% of the original cost.

Please note that the item must
be returned in the same condition in its original packaging it was received.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses both-ways.
