Refund Policy:

Since our products are custom made, it will not be feasible for us to make any refund or exchange if we have already started the tailoring work.
However, your purchase price will be refunded if we have not started with stitching/tailoring job.
Also the dress is not returnable in case it is not liked by the customer because of their personal likings.

Do prices shown include shipping charges?

The price shown with any product or custom-tailored fabric on our site does not include shipping price. This includes fabric cost and tailoring only. Shipping cost are an extra US $18 per dress.

What if the item(s) I ordered do not fit me?

When you order a product, you will notice that we ask for your custom measurements. All products will be tailored to fit the measurements provided by you. Please be sure to provide your correct measurements. We will not be responsible if the garment does not fit you properly. You may send us the garment for minor alterations but the shipping charges (both ways) have to be borne by you in that case.

Delivery Time and Details:

Delivery time/shipping time is mentioned against each product.
Goods will be sent via international courier service.
It normally takes 5-7 working days for a shipment to reach its destination, however there are any public holidays or interruption due to some unavoidable reasons, then we cannot be held responsible for the delay.
